I have been receiving comments from my customers that Dynamics GP is slow after upgrading to GP2015. I have noted that this is happening only on Windows 10. I found the below articles useful to resolve this issue.

Error Registering Table GL_Account_MSTR
The following steps resolve this issue
- Open Dex.ini
- Set Synchronize=TRUE
- Save the file
- Launch GP again
